Prior to establishing Outerspace with Patrick Graham in 2004, Debbie worked as a sole trader (Nardoo Studio) for 3 years and prior to that held positions as a landscape architect with landscape architecture and planning firms in Adelaide and Canberra. While experienced in all facets of landscape architecture, Debbie’s strength lies in landscape planning, planting design, environmental design and solutions, and the development of management plans. Her recent completion of the Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning has increased her capacity to develop integrated solutions and more fully consider overall planning and the implementation of the Development Act. Debbie was made a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects in 2007. She has been involved at both the state and national level of the executive of the institute including 6 years on National Council.
