David Langmore is a retired regional planner who has worked in Gippsland in various capacities for over 30 years. David wrote the book Planning Power: the uses and abuses of power in the planning of the Latrobe Valley which was published by Australian Scholarly Publishing in 2013. Planning Power outlines and reviews the extraordinary history of planning and development in the Latrobe Valley in the period from 1920 through to the early 1980s.
