Landezine International Landscape Award 2018 - submissions deadline extended

Landezine is calling on landscape architecture professionals to submit entries for the third edition of the Landezine International Landscape Award (LILA).

Launched in 2016, the award aims to honour progressive practices that are exploring contemporary landscape issues and offering creative solutions to challenges facing the profession. Previous LILA winners include Catalonian practice Estudio Marti French and Dutch firm H+N+S Landscape Architects for best offices in 2016 and 2017, respectively.

This year’s awards have been expanded to include seven awards over four categories – a jury and popular choice award for best office, public project and private garden, and a public choice award in the product category.

Two separate juries of five judges each will preside over this year’s submissions. Thorbjörn Andersson, Kristine Jensen, Sylvia Karres, Jacqueline Ost and Ken Smith will be adjudicating the office and public landscape entries, with Gary Hilderbrand, Ana Kučan, Teresa Moller, Marc Pouzol and Karin Standler judging residential garden submissions.

Entries for LILA 2018 have been extended until 27 April. Full details of the award and submisison guidelines are available here.
