Jury citation:

A sustained and committed long-term effort has led to the realization of this project. The outcomes reflect a considered design process through respect shown to the significant Aboriginal and colonial landscape values and the inclusion of a rainwater harvesting system. This project demonstrates the ability of the industry to prioritize social and environmental outcomes through the retention of waterfront and riparian sites as shared community spaces.
